Investigating

We are experiencing an issue with Agent View, which affects edit feature for text box. As a result, agents are required to attempt multiple clicks for text area to accept focus to edit it and are unable to click on the last line of text when they have multiple lines.

We are actively investigating the issue and will update you on progress as more info is available.
