This is to inform you of upcoming maintenance planned around our cloud services for use with Studio, Self Publishing, and their related services. This maintenance will be limited to customers hosted in the U.S., and is scheduled to take place on April 7th at 7:00 pm PDT. While the maintenance itself will only take 2 hours, the overall process will last approximately 10 hours due to every environment requiring a restart to pick up the changes being made.
There will be no downtime for production, but stage and pre-production environments will have brief downtime when they’re restarted. However, Studio, Self Publishing, and any Studio related services and features will be non-functional and/or unavailable during the maintenance period. Attempting to use these features may result in maintenance alerts or unexpected errors being displayed, which will cease once maintenance has concluded
We understand this may impact timelines and potentially cause schedule delays, but it is a required change as we proceed in the final steps of moving out of our legacy datacenter. We appreciate your patience and will make all efforts to complete this work as quickly as possible.
