This is an advance notice for scheduled maintenance. Kindly go through the details given below:

Maintenance Description & Impact: We're making important updates to Brand Messenger that may temporarily disrupt the end-user experience for APAC-hosted customers.

During our updates on July 9th, 2025, which will be in our maintenance window, https://community.khoros.com/kb/supportinformation/khoros-maintenance-windows/45197, users may experience disconnection of the chat widget and mobile SDKs for up to 2 hours.
• The Web SDK will automatically recover once the update is complete.
• The Mobile SDK may require the end user to close the mobile app to restore the connection.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
