We’re performing important updates to Brand Messenger for customers hosted in the AMER region. During the scheduled maintenance window on July 31, 2025, users may experience disconnections from the chat widget and mobile SDKs for up to 2 hours.
- The Web SDK will automatically reconnect once the update is complete.
- The Mobile SDK may require users to close and reopen the mobile app to restore the connection.
